The management system of airline tariff, is the most important part for airline companies sharing information with each other and making their own strategy. As the manager of airline tariff info, the management system must handle the huge information at any time .In this article, we will discuss about how to develop this system with SSH(Struts, Spring, Hibernate) architecture, research some details in the project, summarize the characteristics and advantage of SSH, and also summarize the focus and difficulties, then focus on the data inconsistent, we give some solutions. And in this article, we also analyse some shortage in performance, then take some optimization scheme for the shortage.
