Abstract


The paper tries to reveal the essence of the performance of oil painting fromanalysising the uniqueness and significanceof the modelling ,brush and line in theperformance of oil painting .The article is divided into three parts, respectivelyexpounds modelling, brush，lines and their characteristics and different values in theperformance oil painting. Researching of the three key aspects is advantageous to digthe characteristics of expressivity canvas painting, and provides accurate performanceof the creation of artistic expression and aesthetic ideas for our representiveperformance oil painting, what’s more, it promotes our representive of painting andresearch work by offering theoretical reference. Of course, this thesis research is just astart, or just a try, but will still make positive significance for clarifying the concept ofexpressivity and promoting representive painting painting creation.This paper is divided into three parts and each part relates the functions, the traitsand the value of the modeling, strokes, and lines in the performance oil painting. Thestudy of the three key points helps to explore the creation features and it also provide aprecise artistic expression and aesthetic conception. Besides, it provides a theoreticreference in the development of chinese performance oil painting and stimulates thestudy and the creative practice of Chinese performance oil painting. This paper, ofcourse, is a beginning and an attempt to do it. However, it will produce a positiveinfluence on the clarification of the conception of performance oil painting and thecreation of performance oil painting as well.
