Abstract


Legal aid is one of the legal security systems in modern society, known as the legal profession, "Project Hope", "Sunshine Project." China’s legal aid work started late, especially the legal aid of lawyers which started only a few years ago. However, the society’s lawyers play an irreplaceable role in legal aid of our country . The author first, on legal aid system and the lawyer made a precise definition and the legal aid lawyer to handle the work of the superiority of our solicitors;Secondly, author gives an introduction of the current situation of legal lawyers work, and analyze the existence of legal aid lawyers to handle imperfect laws and regulations, the obvious contradiction between supply and demand, cooperation mechanisms and smooth, lawyers and other assistance to the quality of case needs to be raised four main issues; Comparison of the last of the foreign legal aid system in some advanced and successful practices, and the actual situation in our country had to adopt legislation designed Aid Act of concrete measures to ease the contradiction between supply and demand, coordinating collaborative relationship between departments, improve the legal aid lawyer cases the quality of the whole process of legal aid lawyers and other information disclosure of the proposed five aspects.
