Abstract


Try to analyze a general law of the emergence and development of human rights focus on the development of history of Western legal thoughts, and define the meaning of sports rights from the general human rights standards. Stress a function that the law can confirm ensures and indemnifies the citizens sport rights. Find that there are still areas of deficiencies in the legal protection of citizens sports by a horizontal comparison of the United States and Japan, try to make recommendations to improve the deficiencies.
