Abstract

National public officials to declare property system is established, is a powerful weapon against corruption, on the prevention and control of public servants, especially leading cadres, corruption has the effect of treating the symptoms, according to the law on corruption and governance corruption are urgently needed. Public officials for the property declaration system used in most countries of the world, many Western countries has proved it in the prevention and punishment of corruption has obvious effect. But in the current Chinese regime is still in the exploratory stage, and the process is heavy resistance, from different perspectives.
