Abstract


The rapid development of the mobile phones gives human being a whole new routine to get information. However, the bad information which derives from mobile media has a positive to our society. This phenomenon is very unfavorable for minors. My Government has begun to control the problem. But how to protect minors’mobile media information is really worth studying.This thesis is divided into six parts. The first part is preface to introduce the intention of writing this thesis. The second part described the characteristics of mobile media information, and introduces the necessity of protection minors’mobile media. In the third part discussed the theoretical basis of the protection of minors’mobile media information. In the fourth part, thesis revealed status of minor’mobile media information and analyzed the system of protection minor’mobile media information. Part V analyzed the contradiction between the rights. Finally, following introduce of different rules in few countries, which like USA, German, UK etc, the writer gave some suggestions to improve the legal protection of minors’mobile media information.
