Abstract


The NPC’s letter-inquiry work is the important part of letter-inquiry work in china. Through supervision on the administration of justice, the Standing Committee of Local People’s Congress usually deals with letter-inquiry work concerning litigation, which will involve the problem of the local People’s Congress supervision on the administration of justice. In fact, there is always some vague knowledge on the supervision on the administration of justice, about means, methods, effect and so on. August 27, 2006, the thirteenth meeting of the Tenth NPC passed the " Supervision Law", and on January 1, 2007, come into force. Supervision law is fundamental standard for the Standing Committee of NPC, and play an important role in the supervision work. But in practice, the supervision work still meets some problems, especially in some controversial judicial supervision. Taking on handling of letter-inquiry work concerning litigation, the article will analyze current situation of letter-inquiry work concerning litigation。At last, the article will suggest improving the supervision work.
