Abstract


Forensic litigation system as a part of a system , for complex litigation activities to provide scientific proof that the judicial system can not be ignored in a ring . With the deepening of the reform of the judicial and identification system gradually reveals many lawsuits value targets , the development of evidence system incompatible situation. Drawbacks serious damage to the seriousness of identification , but also with the pursuit of judicial reform litigation value of fairness and efficiency goals contrary , has aroused widespread concern.
