Abstract


The government offices logistic management is an important component of service for the the Communist Party and the Government,it provides foundational work concerning material support for the normal operation of government functions and it is an import guarantee for making good management of government offices.Experience and facts have proved that the smooth development, the quality and work efficiency of government work depend on the administration work for government offices to a great extend. The management work of service for government offices is related to the operation of government offices, the administrative cost and image of government offices and the benefits for its staff. In short, the rear service is not a trivial or insignificant matter; it is important. Being the forefront of reform and opening-up zone, Guangdong has achieved remarkable progress in such aspects as economy, culture and social work. The service work of Guangdong Provincial Party Committee of Communist Party of China (Hereinafter referred to briefly as GPPC) for GPPC and its leaders has been improving unceasingly and made great achievements with the Reform and Opening-up Policy. However, with the development of socialist market economy, especially after the government bodies’reform in Year 2000, the service work of GPPC hasn’t made further reforms. Comparing with the request of the Central Committee of CPC (the Communist Party of China) and State Council and the development of advanced craft brothers in China, the inadaptability of the management of service work of GPPC to the development of work is quite obvious, should be solved immediately. So, in my opinion, a reform, taking "rationalization of organizational structure, scientific management of staff,socialization of service and standardized of fixed-assets management as its goal for the improvement of GPPC,administration of service work of GPPC.The Objective is to provide reference for further studying the reform of logistic management of GPPC and the other province.First,this test outlines the contents and major features of the government offices logistic management,the development history,achievements and model of the government offices logistic management reform.Base on this theory, analyzes the current situation of GPPC logistic management,thus draws the conclusion:the main problem of the government offices logistic management of GPPC such as unreasonable organizational structure, low comprehensive capability and quality of staff, lagging legislative work restrict the further development of administration of service work for government offices to some extent. Based on my own job, linking theory with practice, this article aims to propose a reform, taking "rationalization of organizational structure, scientific management of staff,socialization of service and standardized of fixed-assets management as its goal for the improvement of administration of service work of GPPC by analyzing existing problems systematically.
