Abstract


The Marx society development concept that takes practice as a starting point is the most universal law about the social development, generalizing and summarizing the human society’s development agent, the main body value and the finally achieved goal. In the social development concept, Marx makes realize“person’s full scale development”as the ultimate objective of the social development. This has the positive theory value and the practicing significance for our Party to set up comprehensive, coordinated and human originated concept in ruling achievements and effects in the new time, to manifest the person’s main body value in social development, and construct the Chinese characteristic socialism modernization.Party’s ruling achievements and effects are the ruling achievements on various aspects that the Party obtains by carrying out affair of state, governing country or guiding social life and public affairs and so on, and the actual result of satisfying the various social life of the largest masses. To further promote Party’s ruling achievements and effects in the new time, not only concretizes“the construction goal of strengthening Party’s ruling ability”proposed in16 Fourth Plenary Session, also is the main way to realize the Party to promote our economic society’s coordinated development and realize the construction goal of the“human originated”affluent society proposed by General Secretary Hu Jintao in the crucial phase of our reforms and development, in order that our Party can complete creatively each work.This article takes the relations between the essence demand of Marx society development concept and the promotion of Party’s ruling achievements and effects as the research breakthrough point. From various aspects of the ultimate objective, the value orientation and the essence demand and so on, unify the Marx society development concept and the promotion of Party’s ruling achievements and effects, based on elaborating profoundly the essence demand of the Marx society development concept and the final goal of promoting Party’s ruling achievements and effects. The Chinese Communists have inherited the theory essence and the essence demand of Marx society development concept in the long-term ruling process, also have developed and enriched the elementary theory of Marx society development concept to form the concept of Party’s ruling achievements and effects in the new time. On the one hand the article analyzes the relations between Marx society development concept and Party’s ruling achievements and effects, on the other hand explains the important functions and meanings of insisting the Marx society development concept to promot Party’s ruling achievements.The paper expounds to promot Party’s ruling achievements and effects in the new time. From the realizing way, realizing methods and inspection standard,elaborates the important meaning of insisting the essence demand of Marx society development concept to promot Party’s ruling achievements and effects, solute the questions of social people’s living and consolidate the foundation of Party being in power and also has the important enlightenment significance to concentrate better the whole nation’s will and strength to construct comprehensively the affluent society, and to speed up the advancement of the socialism modernization process in new time .
