Abstract


At present, China is in building a socialist harmonious society, comprehensively building a moderately prosperous society, continue to promote the Party’s new great project of the historical process of building a new "people-oriented" service-oriented government is essential.This article is based on the building of China’s current service-oriented government’s macro background, drawing on results of previous studies around the Mao Zedong Thought and the people-based service-oriented government started building a research exposition paper is divided into five parts. The first part is introduction, mainly including the background and research topics of significance, the status quo and foreign researchers to study the main content, research methods and innovation points, etc. The second analysis the content of Mao Zedong’s, pointing out that the ideological guidance of Mao Zedong’s People-oriented service-oriented government to build the theoretical value of and practical significance. The third part of our service-oriented Government establishment of favourable conditions, on the basis of the current our service-oriented government construction achievements and problems.The fourth part of the service-oriented government of our country the status of the building, combined with Mao Zedong’s People-oriented ideas and use them as guidance, through the empirical analysis of C City, State Administration of Taxation to the guidance of Mao Zedong Thought the people of optimization-based tax collection system and the status quo and countermeasures; Part V proposes to Mao Zedong’s People-oriented thinking of the idea of building a service-oriented government and countermeasures.
