Abstract


The reform and opening up more than 30 years, with China’s rapid economic development, living standards have also been generally improving. But is that China’s economic and social life in the gap between rich and poor, also performs widening gap has become a development practice in hotspots. In the process of Building socialism with Chinese characteristics, how to further narrow the gap between rich and poor and finally implement the common wealth, is an issue that needs to be very seriously and resolve the issue seriously.Since 1921, the Chinese Communist Party always put eradication of social class differences, social equity and justice as the fundamental value. In different historical periods, in order to solve the problem of disparity between the rich and the poor, the party had been making unremitting explorations and had also accumulated rich experience. With adhering to Marxist position, viewpoint and method and applying the research methods of "theory and practice", "logical and historical study of unity", I have systematically and deeply analyze the process that the Chinese Communist Party solving the problem of disparity between the rich and the poor in China. After that, I try to draw basic experience and beneficial enlightenmentIn part 1, I have explained the theoretical basis of the Communist Party of China resolving the problem of the gap of wealth. The deep critique of Max on the polarity between the rich and the poor of the capitalist society and max’s basic conception of the distribution of wealth in future and ideal society have provided scientific Guide for the Chinese Communist Party solving the problem of disparity between the rich and the poor.In part 2, I have explained the policies and the practice During the new-democratic revolution about the Communist Party of China solving the problem of disparity between the poor and the rich. I have outlined two disparities between the rich and the poor-peasants and landlords, capitalists and employees-existed in that times. At the same time, I have discussed the basic approaches and political practice.In part 3, I have discussed the political, economic, education, and social security basic system design of Mao Zedong as their chief representative of the Chinese Communists preventing the rich-poor divide from the founding of New China to time of reform and opening.The part 4 focuses on the active exploration of the Chinese Communists, as the main represented by Deng Xiaoping, Jiang Zemin, Hu Jintao,solving the problem of disparity of the rich and the poor, in the time of reforming and opening up. In this part, I have critically discussed the facts, the reasons and the solutions.In part 5, I have summarized the basic experience of the Chinese Communist Party narrowing the wealth gap. Form the basic experience of successive top leaders of the Communist Party of China, we can draw the lessons to solve the problem of disparity of the rich and the poor at present.
