Abstract


Sports Fitness Club as a new form of sports organizations , is a reflection of a region , a city , or even a sign of the country's economic development and social progress , but also advanced culture . Status of Shanghai Amateur Table Tennis Club in to meet scientific Fitness , promote the development of table tennis sports industry in Shanghai , the perfect table tennis club system has important . This thesis research methodology of the survey , literature , mathematical statistics method to analyze the development status of Shanghai Amateur Table Tennis Club and the main problems , make suggestions for the development of table tennis club in Shanghai reference. The results show that : (a) Amateur Table Tennis Club in Shanghai higher coverage of all regions of the Shanghai downtown amateur table tennis club slightly more than in the suburbs of Shanghai , some , however, the number of unbalanced development between regions , Pudong New Area . (B ) Amateur Table Tennis Club funding sources is relatively simple , relatively lacking on the capacity of the community to raise funds and attract corporate sponsorship funds . (C ) the cultural construction of Shanghai Amateur Table Tennis Club team is not very good , especially seen in the club on the articles of association , a lot of clubs do not have the Articles of Association . Therefore, in the organization , the club is not perfect , which led to the division of labor is not clear , affect the operation and management of the club . (D ) the Shanghai Amateur Table Tennis Club coaches qualifications structure mainly undergraduate ; coaches of sports experience to non- professional team ; lot of coaches did not participate in continuing education and training .
