Survey on the Effects of Sports Nutrition Knowledge Education of Secondary School Students in Hohhot

Abstract


Middle School Gym nutrition education courses rarely studied. The purpose of this study is to understand the current state of knowledge of students ' nutrition education , and make reasonable suggestions how to improve students ' knowledge of sports nutrition on the Secondary School . The survey of 585 high school students to understand the effect of middle school sports nutrition education , 220 parents , 40 teachers participated in the survey as a secondary target population ; education intervention effect about sports, health , labor and technology courses . The results show : nutrition knowledge level of the student movement is generally low passing rates and excellent rate survey were : 24.7% and 11.7 % of the male students , 38.0% and 12.1 % of female students ; 15.3% and 3.8% of the junior school students , high a student 37% and 14.8 % , the sophomore students 41.5% and 18.4% . Students ' awareness of a balanced diet pagoda and Dietary Guidelines for 33.3% and 27.1 % , respectively . 94.5% of the students believe that nutrition education in the secondary school curriculum is very necessary , 85.7% of students interested in sports nutrition knowledge , 55.8% of the students are willing to learn in the classroom or after-school time nutrition courses . Junior and senior high students in sports nutrition knowledge , there are still varying degrees of defects . 2 lower level of parents' nutritional knowledge , have a great desire to learn sports nutrition knowledge , themselves and their children can learn the correct sports nutrition knowledge , willingness to adopt useful suggestions to change bad eating habits . The survey shows that only 5.6% and 8.4% , say the number of the Dietary Guidelines \Accurate understanding of muscle spasms ( cramps ) may exercise the calcium and magnesium deficiencies \Parents knowledge about sports nutrition , or a summary of long-term experience , most of them did not go to learn this knowledge . Sports nutrition knowledge of the relevant teachers increased slightly relative parents can say that the number of \And have a basic understanding of the role of the movement for the three major nutrients showed a positive attitude , and the same for the Middle School sports nutrition knowledge , be able to see the sports nutrition knowledge have a very close relationship with human health .
