Abstract


The Imagery Training is one of the most widely used in the practice of sports psychology training methods, a lot of research literature suggests that the representation of the application of the training of sports technology, motivation training, motivation and psychological barriers to overcome have an important role. Sports teaching practice, less representation opportunity for high school physical education, research, select closed motor skills represented by fixed-point shooting and running broad jump, seeks representation practice in the classroom in the class action before learning of the skills, the learning of motor skills, motor skills after learning three cases motor skill learning effect, in order to find the best representation timing. This study selected high grade Lumu High School in 2009, Suzhou newly enrolled four natural classes of students as experimental subjects, the research literature, expert interview, mathematical statistics and teaching experiment. Described the use of imagery training in closed motor skills learning theory, explore the summary of the theory on the representative training as well as domestic and foreign research status described in closed motor skills learning practice in three different time appearance implementation process. Through 24 hours of teaching experiment, three groups of experimental results of research and analysis, and the following conclusions: 1 use of imagery training better than traditional teaching effectiveness in teaching secondary closed motor skills, can effectively improve the quality of teaching, In a short period of time to raise the level of athletic skills and athletic performance. 2 Imagery Training in the middle of the process of motor skills exercises use the effect superior motor skills practice process before and after the effect of motor skills exercises use of imagery training effect superior motor skills exercises and then Imagery Training effect. Thus we can conclude that, in closed motor skills practice, students first practice for some time, then representation practice effect is optimal. Found in the practice of teaching, Imagery Training can effectively improve the students 'attention, and to improve the students' imagination, thinking, observation and cognitive abilities to use in the process of learning motor skills caused by the practice of moving single dull inhibitory state to stimulate students' motivation, students play the initiative to improve the quality of teaching.
