Abstract


As the country attaches great importance to vocational education , vocational education reform has become a very important part to promote the development of vocational education , classroom teaching evaluation reform is the core of the reform of educational evaluation . Teachers and students to develop effective classroom teaching evaluation to fully promote , has a very important significance for improving the quality of teachers in the classroom teaching level and skilled personnel training . Therefore , how to meet the development requirements of the times and the concept of modern education development classroom teaching evaluation system , the main issues discussed in this paper . Through literature review and research , described the main problems of the current vocational language teaching evaluation , including: not enough emphasis on the evaluation of school for language teaching , developing teaching evaluation study less ; classroom teaching evaluation criteria lack of development , evaluation index system varied ; overly quantitative evaluation methods , the lack of scientific operating procedures ; evaluation of the main leaders of the self-evaluation carried out less ; evaluation of dysfunction , lack of planning for the evaluation itself . In order to overcome the many problems of the existing vocational school language teaching evaluation , I elaborated the principles and philosophy of language development in classroom teaching evaluation in support of Lianyungang City Department of experts , to carry out a survey of the development index system analysis , preliminary building a functional language development in classroom teaching evaluation index system , contains three evaluation form that vocational language development classroom teaching evaluation form ( for teacher evaluation table) , the vocational language development classroom teaching evaluation form ( students reflect on evaluation of classroom teaching of language development table ) and in the post evaluation form ( instructional leadership evaluation table ) , pay attention to the manifestation of human nature , the guiding principle of the feasibility and effectiveness of formal evaluation covers colleagues , students , self and evaluation of the main body of the four aspects of school leadership , evaluation methods using a combination of qualitative assessment and quantitative evaluation , evaluation purpose integrated development of teachers , active development , sustainable development , development of teaching evaluation concept . Meanwhile, the author in the school where the language group case studies, through case studies , to further explore the steps to carry out the development of classroom teaching evaluation and attention problems .
