Abstract


This study proposes a theoretical assumptions of modern values ??and network values ??, and the preparation of the modern values ??questionnaire and network values ??questionnaire ; modern values ??questionnaire Network Values ??Questionnaire , traditional Chinese values ??questionnaire , the Symptom Checklist Simple Big Five Personality Inventory examine the status quo of the values ??of contemporary college students in a multicultural context , and further explore the different cultural values ??and Mental Health , personality . The study found that : (1) Modern Values ??Questionnaire and network values ??questionnaire reliability and validity . Modern values ??by an independent , competitive spirit, and of the four dimensions of the scientific spirit of fairness and justice . The network values ??by information sharing , virtual reality , constitute three dimensions grassroots spirit ; (2 ) the values ??of college students diversification phenomenon exists , but the traditional values ??still dominate ; (3 ) Students' Diverse Values ??in gender , whether the one-child and grade variable there were significant differences , and the urban-rural variable only on traditional values ??and network values ??the individual dimensions exist significant differences ; (4) more recognition of traditional values ??and modern values ??of college students , psychological symptoms more obvious ; more recognition network values ??of college students , psychological more obvious symptoms . Regression analysis showed that the scientific spirit , grassroots spirit , independence, values ??Valuing Loyalty better prediction on psychological symptoms condition ; (5) the level of traditional and modern values ??conflict group of college students on other factors , a significant difference ; the level of traditional and network values ??conflict groups and modern with the network values ??conflict group of college students on the psychological symptoms exist significant differences ; (6) more agree with the traditional values ??of the university students , the more has to extraversion , openness , responsibility personality traits ; Vietnam agree modern values ??of the students , the more extraversion, openness , responsibility , pleasant personality ; college students more recognition network values ??, the more extraversion, openness , responsibility , agreeableness , neuroticism personality . Regression analysis showed that the different cultural values ??of university students outside extraversion , sense of responsibility , pleasant personality better prediction ; (7) conflict group of college students in the high and low values ??, sense of responsibility and a pleasant personality , there are significant differences .
