Abstract
Objective: To provide evidence of objective types of chronic hepatitis B by analysis of TCM syndrome type, liver tissue pathology, and four results of liver fiber. Methods: We investigated the TCM syndrome type, liver tissue pathology, and four results of liver analyzed fiber of the chronic hepatitis B patients in Xinjiang Traditional Medicine Hospital, and analyzed the characteristics and patterns. Results: This study reveals the development pattern of patients with chronic hepatitis B to a certain extent:, from mild to heavy. ganyuwas found through the process. Type III serum collagen (PC - III) , hyaluronic acid (HA) , layer mucin (LN) and type IV collagen (IVC) were clinically valuable to the study. Conclusion:Type III serum collagen (PC-III) is highly matched up with liver biopsy pathological result, and could be clinical research focus in the future. Four results of liver fiber and liver tissue pathological classification could provide certain reference for the syndrome differentiation of chronic hepatitis B.
