Abstract


In this paper, digital TV operators industry background to study the data mining technology in digital TV operators support management system for the application and use . CLARANS clustering algorithm to focus on an analysis of the algorithm when dealing with large data sets generated by the clustering results in terms of accuracy , stability and efficiency deficiencies, is proposed based on spatial grid structure GCLARANS algorithms. Combined with digital TV operations support management system technical architecture, design and implementation of a clustering algorithm based on improved GCLARANS digital TV customer segmentation model . This paper focuses on this theme, mainly to do the following work: ( 1 ) First, the introduction of data mining and digital TV operators to support the basic concepts of management systems , analysis of data mining technology in digital TV operators support management system applications. ( 2 ) Second , focusing on the concept of clustering , classification and clustering technology clustering algorithm evaluation criteria. CLARANS algorithm for processing large data collection accuracy , stability is poor and the low efficiency problem , established to optimize the initial node options to reduce neighbors to explore the process of computation as a starting point to improve CLARANS algorithm, and the experiment the effectiveness of the improved algorithm GCLARANS verified . ( 3 ) Again, according to customer segmentation theory , we propose a customer similarity model , combining GCLARANS algorithm, given a complete digital TV customer segmentation model implementation, and data collection in the real effectiveness of the model verified. ( 4 ) Finally, the combination of digital television operations support management system technical architecture , detailing the data mining system build process. The research results, including data mining algorithms and data mining system construction method , not only can be applied to digital TV operators in the industry , can also be applied to other industries. For the plan to build or are building enterprise data mining system has certain reference value and significance .
