Abstract


The magnetotherapy was a kind of physical therapy and health care approach. It was recorded that magnet effected on the relevant part of the human body or acupuncture point for therapy and health in traditional chinese medicine as a kind of physical therapy and health care approach. Now the magnetotherapy becomes a promising non-medicine therapy and health care approach, because it is non-invasive, painless and simple on operation. However, basic research of magnetotherapy is weak. There is a lack of good clinical practice. Dose-effect relationship and safety are not systematically researched .All conditions above affect intensive study on the magnetotherapy .For researching the biological effects of magnetic fields, primarily, permanent magnet source using for magnetotherapy was sifted and measured in works of this thesis. Afterwards, magnetic space was measured theoretically and analyzed quantificationally by developed numerical simulation method. Based on those above, the effect on cytoactive of cortical neurons,lactate dehydrogenase activity, superoxide dismutase activity and malondialdehyde content under the permanent magnet source was researched to discuss quantitative effect of the action of a magnetic field and biological effects.Mainly research contents of this thesis include the following aspects:1.The literature about biological effects of static magnetic field was summed to obtain conditions of the development and deficiency in this field. Research purposes, significance, and specific work were ascertained.2. Experimental permanent magnet source was measured using unit of independent design to discuss the interrelationship between actual value and measured value. The permanent magnet source for experiment was sifted.3.Magnetic space was analyzed quantificationally by developed numerical simulation method to obtain magnetic induction, magnetic energy density, magnetic induction isolines, and magnetic force lines.4.Based on quantificational analysis of magntic space, cortical neurons were effect under the permanent magnet source quantificationally. Cytoactive of neurons, lactate dehydrogenase activity, superoxide dismutase activity, and malondialdehyde content were measured. Quantitative and biological effects of permanent magnet were discussed.
