Eco-tourism as a realization of the ideal model of sustainable development of tourism in the actual development is still faced with confusion; there are still a certain degree of sustainability issues. The upper reaches of the Yangtze River in Sichuan, as an important ecological barrier, with a number of high-grade, with irreplaceable eco-tourism resources, is "China into the world’s major eco-tourism destination," and also the earliest one of the provinces to carry out eco-tourism, eco-trend was the rapid development of tourism. However, due to insufficient study of eco-tourism, the lack of scientific planning, management system that is not, property rights system, the lack of vitality, the legal system lags behind other reasons, resulting in Sichuan lower level of eco-tourism resources development, some of eco-tourism area the number of visitors over the long-term capacity of the environment, resulting in eco-tourism resources and environmental degradation, and even serious damage.This paper uses theoretical research and empirical research method of combining in Sichuan eco-tourism resource development and sustainable utilization of in-depth study.
