Abstract


With the development of information technology and social information environment matures , information technology tools in the SME prominent role in the development . SME e-business applications can make it easier for customers to understand business information, while enabling enterprises to achieve rapid customer response , increased commercial activity and quality of service , so that consumers are more satisfied. E-commerce enables enterprises to improve management efficiency , it should be the focus of the majority of SMEs , it is also crucial for SMEs in e-commerce . Promoting the development of globalization on the Internet today , the development of e-commerce is one of many small and medium enterprises to win a new one effective means of commercial success , SMEs can be sustained , rapid and healthy development of the important strategies . Jilin SME e-business size, ability and level compared with the developed areas there is a big gap. In the current context to seriously study the development of e-business strategy of SMEs in Jilin Province has a certain theoretical and practical significance. Through the development of domestic and international comparative study of SMEs and SME development in Jilin Province Analysis , in revitalizing the northeast old industrial base of macro context , from the government 's perspective , the perspective of their own development of SMEs , small and medium enterprises in Jilin Province made e-commerce development strategy , given the development of SMEs e-commerce model .
