Abstract


Performance analysis is very important as the first step in performance technology,it provides basis for the following steps and also demonstrates which interventions we should take to improve the performance.This research chooses the marketing department of L company as a research object,because some performance problems appear and there are also some performance discrepancies.This research mainly solves four problems:What’s the expected performance and the current performance? What’s the performance discrepancy between the expected performance and current performance? What’s the true cause of performance discrepancy? How to select appropriate interventions to narrow the gap? This research uses questionnaire survey,interview method,documentary research method and field observations method to gather related information,determine the target performance and current performance,identity theperformance discrepancy and carry out cause analysis,finally select and design interventions.This research clearly shows the performance discrepancy in the form of questions,summarizes the causes of performance discrepancy,proposes specific performance improvement solutions,finally presents the solutions in the form of an intervention package.
