Abstract


As the developing of social and economic reformation and personal wealth growing, financial services for financial institutions which people demand is higher and higher, that makes personal financial services become commercial banking products and services, the main areas of innovation. Harbin, Shanghai Pudong Development Bank is facing the situation that foreign banks and domestic branches of industry develop with aggressive posture. In the strategic guidance of vigorously developing personal banking business by the head office, focus on core business personal finance by careful strategic and tactical planning.Based on this background, Harbin branch of the Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, Personal Financial Services to study marketing strategies and put forward some countermeasures. This paper describes the general situation of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank on Market and personal finance; The opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses of the development of the business has been pointed according to the analysis of personal financial services needs of the environment of competition of Harbin branch of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank.The analysis that major problems in marketing and a comparative of Shanghai Pudong Development Personal Finance Bank branch in Harbin has been done. Analysis of domestic and foreign commercial banks and Marketing Strategies, Personal Financial Services and the have for reference also has been done.On this basis, the paper proposes Harbin branch of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank to take personal financial business marketing strategy, including of brand competition strategy, and market subdivision on the basis of effective marketing mix strategy, talent competition strategies.
