Abstract


The global economic crisis which triggered by U.S. financial crisis in 2007 leads to many world famous enterprises closed down under the impact of this crisis on the enormous impact the world economy. Because many enterprises failed to find a suitable macro-economic crisis in this particular environment, it is very important for us to study the underlying causes of its collapse in the economic crisis, financial strategies, resulting in financial imbalances, financial crises and bankruptcy. In this context, we will research and explore the financial crisis at the macro-environment on the business operation of the mechanism, combined with corporate governance theory in order to find general application in the context of economic crisis and corporate financial strategy to help businesses avoid the mistakes before the business failure, this has important theoretical and practical significance.This paper takes a combination of practical analysis methods of normative analysis and case studies to study the economic crisis of the financial strategy. The counterfactual analysis is a simplified case study method, this method incorporates advantages of normative and empirical analysis, and it is simplified empirical analysis in essence. This paper uses analysis approach, base on the economic crisis theory and financial strategy theory, make a theoretical and practical comparison study to identify the key point on the links between economic crisis and corporate financial strategy, that is economic crises of the business operation, especially the capital operation effect, and at last we may analyze the four universally applicable corporate financial strategy.Chapter 1 is Introduction. This part mainly discusses the reasons for the major topics, the significance of topics, the main idea of this academic, research methods and procedures in order to pave the way for following research paper. Chapter 2 is Literature Review. This part we discuss the economic crisis theory reviewed by domestic and foreign scholars, we also analyze strategic theory and corporate finance theory in strategic retrenchment research, after that we reach the point on the blank spots for corporate financial strategy on the background of the economic crisis. At last of this chapter we define the two basic concepts on economic crisis and financial strategy.Chapter 3 is the research for the impact on the economic crisis enterprise. This section first discusses the macroeconomic situation in economic crisis, and analyzes the impact of macroeconomic factors on business operations. On this basis, we constructed a macroeconomic factor mode on the background of economic crisis. Chapter 4 is choice on corporate finance strategy in the economic crisis. This section is the main part of this paper.We discussed corporate financial strategy in detail for business in economic crisis. Chapter 5 is Conclusions and recommendations. This section summarizes the main conclusions of this paper and pointed out that this lack of research and directions for future research.This paper presents investment exit strategy in time, retrenchment strategy and capital management strategy which should be an important innovation of this article.
