Abstract


The paper in the analysis of the status of the existing residential building based on the existing residential buildings in cold regions to identify energy problems existing residential buildings in cold regions proposed energy-saving necessity and urgency of establishing a similar cold region of Zhangjiakou City existing residential building thermal performance and energy consumption based on the database, provide the basis for residential energy-saving; the same time, the cold area of energy efficiency retrofitting of existing buildings and energy-saving technology the focus of the program; existing residential buildings in cold regions financing for energy-saving methods and policy content; and in Zhangjiakou City, a housing for example, proposed that the residential energy-saving programs, and its analysis and evaluation.
