Abstract


It’s a creative management that to develop and build a suppling superior supevisory subject of job practice in Turpan Electric Power Bueau.This paper have borrowed the successful experinences of the supply of electricity enterprices based on the service state and Analytic Hierarchy Process,applying the managerical successful experiences to the excellent supervisory building system of electricity enterprice and develoing a more complete superior supervisory system in one year. The supply of electricity are developing the new organizations from only one key plot for the time being. The sepration of managerial and supervisory model have developed two independent system, which combined to improve the superior sevice level to a large extent depended the supervior sysytem to promote the protective system.It’s very important to improve the supervior sevice practice to the Turpan Electric Power Bueau from the research result of the superior supervisory work in the paper,and to influrence the whole superior service practice level of the supply of the electricity enterprices in Xinjiang.
