Abstract


In recent years, with the rapid development of higher education in China, especially after the national housing allocation system reform and college enrollment, college appeared infrastructure investment boom. College construction project management has always been to follow the mode of self-management of the owners, this management model have had some success at the same time, there are also project management organization is too large, the high management costs, low efficiency, investment risks are relatively large and corruption is difficult to eradicate and many other issues, the existence of these problems, to some extent, affected the project proceed smoothly and improve investment returns, only to improve management efficiency, in order to effectively achieve the harmony and unity of the cost of investment in infrastructure and efficiency. And agent management mode it is an effective way to solve these problems, it is through professional construction project management, can achieve the purpose of controlling investment, improve efficiency and management level, from the view of the project has been implemented for the construction management personnel the Agent Construction projects, achieved more satisfactory results. Therefore, objects Agent System analysis and research, in-depth analysis of the research status of the Capital Construction Projects Construction Management Pattern, as well as the implementation of the theoretical basis for and the feasibility of the Agent System.
