Abstract


Supply chain finance is an innovative and value-added financial service of the third-party logistics enterprises,which not only solved the difficult financing problem of medium-sized enterprises,but also become the new profit source of third-party logistics enterprises.It is also an opportunity for the third-party logistics enterprises to grow and improve the competitiveness.However,the development of supply chain finance is at an early stage in China, there are still a lot of imperfections,and the business involves more than the main body, the complex legal relationships and multi-link operations, so it is a high risk business for third-party logistics enterprises. Therefore, third-party logistics enterprises develop supply chain financial services, what mode of operation,what risks the enterprise will face and how to prevent and control the risk, can or not realize the quantitative assessment on specific projects, these constitute the focus of research in the thesis.The thesis research and analyse the relevant theories of third-party logistics enterprises and supply chain finance, and reveal the motivation and significance of third-party logistics enterprises carrying out supply chain finance in China; on the basis of the study and practice of our predecessors and myself survey, the thesis sum up the mainly models of supply chain finance services of third-party logistics enterprises in China,analyze the process of operation of the modes,and summarize the characteristics;Then,combined with the practice and the mode of operation in process analyse the risks of third-party logistics enterprises carrying out supply chain finance services in China, go deep into analyzing the risk points of various risk types, this greatly improve the risk analysis capabilities of third-party logistics enterprises practicing in supply chain finance service;The fifth part,from the perspective of third-party logistics enterprises, based on the different time period,risk assessment of the supply chain finance is divided into:pre-project risk assessment, project risk assessment and post-project risk assessment.according to the required of the different risk assessment object,the part establish the corresponding index system and evaluation criteria, so the thesis construct practical assessment system of risk. At the same time, this part taks the downstream car dealer of the automobile industry chain as example, and carry out case research of risk management of the specific supply chain finance services of the third-party logistics enterprises.It also analyse the development of the automobile industry,the characteristics of supply chain finance of automobile industry, and applicable of supply chain finance models.The sixth part, based on the risk analysis and risk management practices of the third-party logistics enterprises,make specific risk prevention and control measures for the third-party logistics enterprises,and hope to provide useful help.By studying the practical process of supply chain finance service of the third-party logistics enterprises,the thesis use the research methods of a combination of theory and example, qualitative and quantitative, analyse various types of risk of third-party logistics enterprises facing in practice,and establish the practica risk assessment system for the specific supply chain finance projects.This reduce the the limitations that most of the project evaluation of the supply chain finance services rely on expert, make the evaluation system more objective and more scientific. The thesis improve the capability of the risk management of third-party logistics enterprises and its overall competitiveness,provide a useful a reference for the practice of third-party logistics enterprises.At the same time, the thesis find out a practical way for the project risk management of supply chain finance services of our third-party logistics enterprises.
