Abstract


With the advent of the knowledge-based economy and the rapid development of the high-tech industry , the economic structure showing a significant change. The high-tech industry has a huge role in promoting the development of a regional economic development , and that the leading role is increasingly evident . Human capital has become a new type of capital to promote the development of high-tech industries , a growing contribution to the performance of the high-tech industry , becoming the dominant force in the development of high-tech industries . For the above reasons , the human capital contribution to the performance of the high-tech industry in Hebei Province as the research object . First, put up the study of the impact of human capital and high-tech enterprise performance and high-tech industry performance , analysis commentary and research status at home and abroad . Then , the use of human capital theory and performance theory theory analysis of the performance of the human capital of high-tech industries , through theoretical analysis can be drawn : Human capital is the cornerstone of the development of high-tech industries , human capital is to promote the performance of high-tech industries to improve the main strength . Then this paper based on the theory of human capital , build analysis contribution to the relationship between human capital and high-tech industry performance model , and increased use of the constructed model and Hebei Province, the stock of human capital , physical capital stock , the level of human capital and high-tech industries values ??and other data for the empirical analysis , regression analysis can be seen that the existence of a positive relationship between the stock of human capital and high-tech industry performance ; causality analysis can be seen , the stock of human capital is to improve the performance of high-tech industries reasons ; cointegration analysis we can see the relationship between the performance of human capital and high-tech industries with long-term and stability . Finally , according to the conclusions of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis , analysis of the problems of human capital in the process of the development of high-tech industry in Hebei Province , and made ??recommendations to enhance the level of human capital of Hebei Province , to promote the improved performance of high-tech industries to solve these problems .
