Abstract


In recent years , China's logistics industry is booming around the third-party logistics enterprises have mushroomed into being , but due to the lack of effective norms and unified management , resulting in a great waste of social logistics resources . With the rapid development of information technology and management techniques , forms of fourth party logistics enterprises in the world , while the Fourth of development is still immature 4PL platform building there is a certain problems. Fourth party logistics platform usability , this paper analyzes the Fourth organizational characteristics and business processes based on the summary of the third-party logistics members and commissioned enterprise use of this platform to combine e-commerce site application outlines four major factors : affect 4PL platform availability platform architecture , platform , platform appearance and platform capabilities . Initial fourth party logistics platform usability evaluation index system design through the organization of expert interviews , and through the design of the questionnaire data recovery questionnaire related to analysis and cluster analysis using SPSS software , and test a questionnaire the reliability and validity of adjusted indicators not pass inspection , to finalize the the availability index system of evaluation 4PL platform . This paper summarizes the principles of a comprehensive evaluation method steps as well as the scope and application of the limitations of the eventual adoption of the platform usability evaluation based on ideological LINMAP binary semantic multi attribute group decision , this method avoids the ideal point and weight to determine can be preferably applicable to a comprehensive evaluation of the present times . This article uses B / S architecture design 4PL availability of comprehensive evaluation of information systems , database design , interface design , and code writing system to realize the function of the system , and select the fourth party Ningbo the logistics platform empirical research derived the availability evaluation results of this platform , and further suggestions for improvement based on evaluation results .
