Abstract


The satisfaction of the public is also the final resting place of the starting point of the government process , a public satisfaction measurement model for the government process , from a new angle to explore broaden the range of applications of public satisfaction measurement , and to facilitate the management of government processes towards public satisfaction the direction of further development . From the start carding government processes and public satisfaction , traced back the origin of the theory of the Administrative Process Management , introduced the classic model of customer satisfaction and public satisfaction , combined with the characteristics of the government process , innovative construction a hypothetical model of the theory of public satisfaction measurement model of the government process , and the theoretical assumptions . This is the core content of this study . Subsequently the government process the public satisfaction measurement model empirical analysis . After an investigation of Labor and Social Security Bureau of Nanjing , this paper obtained the raw data of the satisfaction of the public . Next, based on the method of structural equation modeling (SEM) , the article uses SPSS and LISREL data statistical analysis to verify the degree of fit between theory assumes that the structure of the model equations of the original model and data , and according to the results of correction the theory of public satisfaction measurement of government process model assumptions of the model , the new model has a better reality fit . Also validate the theoretical assumptions of the hypothetical model . Finally, we will integrate theory with empirical results , gives recommendations Nanjing labor situation of social security is to enhance public satisfaction with the government process to the public service sector , hope can the government process improvement for the sector and the improvement of public satisfaction provide direction .
