Abstract


As the socio-economic development, urbanization accelerated, real estate has become a basic and pillar industries in national economic development, the continuous development of the real estate market. The real estate market is in the process of a sound system, and gradually move towards the track of healthy development, and real estate residential community development projects are increasingly mature market competition and challenges facing. With the increasingly fierce market competition, the increasing complexity of the market environment, the intrinsic value of the real estate residential community development projects enhance often the key to the success of the project. In fact in the the settlements development projects in the planning stage and construction process often there are still many deviate from the clear value proposition principles and methods to be guided by the marketing hype and packaging developers blindly. This not only causes settlements market disorder, also seriously affected the profitability of the developers. Carry out settlements development project to enhance the value of the principles and methods as well as the upgrade process and model study has important theoretical and practical significance. Firstly, the value of urban settlements projects to enhance theoretical study.
