Abstract


Mortgage market, along with the rapid development of China 's real estate industry , followed by the rapid expansion of its credit risk accumulated gradually emerging , making the academia and the banking sector recognize , strengthen the housing mortgage credit risk management , especially lending before the credit score of the borrower , has important practical significance for reducing home mortgages in default risk , improve the quality of loan assets . However , past studies have mostly focused on the improvement of the accuracy of the model , but ignore an important question - \The main reason for the sample bias problems in the housing mortgage credit score , credit evaluation model is based on behavioral data in the repayment of the loan customers , and does not reflect the behavioral characteristics of all loan applicants . For reject inference problem , this paper first sample bias problem exists on the credit score model analysis, and sample bias correction techniques . The use of case-based reasoning method credit score and correct the sample bias , and the basic principles and steps of the method detailed explanation . Reasoning in order to form the case of the housing mortgage credit score , the rest of this article on the concept of home mortgages , characteristics , and which contains a variety of risk analysis . Learn from the domestic and international literature on the impact factors of the housing mortgage credit risk from borrower characteristics , loan characteristics , property characteristics , as well as the corresponding derivative variable characteristics build housing mortgage credit scoring index system , and clearly based on the sample bias correction housing mortgage credit score case-based reasoning process . Finally, the use of a commercial bank housing mortgage loan data , an empirical study of the housing mortgage credit score case-based reasoning method . The application results show that the effect of sample bias correction method of case-based reasoning significantly more in line with the actual classification results , while the case-based reasoning approach with the traditional method of different scoring mechanism , provides a broader way of thinking for future research .
