Today, people have become more environment-conscious, many counties make laws and regulations to protect the environment, which specify that the enterprise take responsibility for recycling its end-of-life products. The extended producer responsibility also emerges in our nation as the times require. Driven by the new environmental laws and the material’s cost, remanufacturing, acting as a new-style, economized production method and manufacturing mode, has been accepted by more and more enterprises.We study the market with a manufacturer and a retailer under four reverse channels, analysis the optimal product return rates, wholesale price, manufacturer and retailer’s profits with game theory.The main contents of this paper are as followed:Firstly, based on the summary of relative reference, we respected domestic and foreign researchers on reverse channel decision and pricing police with product remanufacturing. Then, we pointed out the shortcomings in the research on this problem and found some potential areas of the research. And finally, we introduce the frame of the paper simply.Secondly, we study on the three reverse channel decisions in the situation that the new products and the remanufactured products are priced same, and the influence from the government’s policies.Thirdly, we study on the three reverse channel decisions in the situation that the new products and the remanufactured products are priced differently, then analysis the differences between the two pricing strategies.At last, we study on the centrally coordinated channel decision in the situation that the new products and the remanufactured products are priced same and differently. In addition, we design a simply coordination mechanism to distribute the revenue.We found when these end-of-life products are taken back, the decentralized channel can return more and earn more, but the government’s policy influences are weaken, what’s more, when the new products and the remanufactured products are priced same, the remanufacture can get high profits.
