Abstract


IT industry to establish the basis of modern scientific theory and science and technology using advanced theory and communications technology, is a high-tech nature of the service industry. The development of the IT industry is of great significance to the development of the national economy as a whole, and therefore subject to the community more and more attention. An unprecedented development in the national \Only listed companies, for example, as of the end of 2007, China's IT industry, listed companies reached 117, accounting for 7.63% of the total number of listed companies. In the context of the economic and policy through the company's financial data of the study sample, focusing on building a financial early warning model suitable for the actual situation of China's IT industry, listed companies. First, the meaning of the company's financial crisis has made detailed elaboration and by comparison of the company into a financial crisis at home and abroad, the financial crisis of our company defined the financial crisis in China the company is defined as the stock exchange \The meaning of financial warning, recognize the importance of the financial early warning system operated by the company. Again summarized the domestic and international financial early warning research on the basis of several existing financial early warning model of comparative analysis, summed up the advantages and disadvantages of several commonly used financial early warning model and conditions of use. Secondly, in accordance with the principle of predictability, systematic, comparable and operability select the IT industry listed companies in a range of financial indicators, these indicators is a comprehensive reflection of the solvency of the company's operating capacity, profitability, cash flow capacity and the ability to grow . Eventually build a financial early warning indicator system includes 21 financial indicators, and one by one explained the significance of the financial indicators. Again, select the study sample, and paired samples, with the statistical software SPSS13.0 sample data for statistical analysis, including the T-test and correlation analysis, principal component analysis and logistic regression, to build for the IT industry in China listed company's financial early warning model, and the model prediction accuracy was verified. Finally, this paper summarizes the results of the research and model. Also analyze the inadequacies of this study, a follow-up to the recommendations of the study.
