Abstract


Currently,The nature reserve construction in our country is in the critical transformation period from quantity pattern to quality pattern,the sustainable development of economic and social also make a higher demand to the nature reserve construction. The infomationization construction serves as an important role to improve the nature reserve’s management efficiency and scientific decision-making. As the coalition of spatial information technology and network communication technologies,WebGIS is widely applicated in the nature reserve’s information management,patrol monitoring,regional planning and science publize activities,which is the key technology for the nature reserve’s information collection,intelligent integration and timely distributing.This paper is based on the Chinese Academy of Forestry’s Nature Reserve Management Information System Project,and choose the geographic and business attribute data from Hupingshan National Nature Reserve and Beijing Songshan National Nature Reserve as pilot data source,through the analysis and comparison of current mainstream WebGIS technology,raises a distributed WebGIS platform implementation proposal which based on ASP.NET and AJAX technologies. This implementation proposal chooses ArcGIS Server9.2 as a secondary development platform,and uses Geodatabase which based on the object - relational model and ArcSDE (Spatial Database Engine) technologies to build the nature reserves’s geo-spatial database.Firstly,This paper introduces the system’s overall framework design,network architecture,database modeling and system users management module from multi- aspects of view angle,such as the reserve managers,office staff and other public etc. Secondly,through analysis to various functional modules of the Nature Reserve Information Management System,describes the implement process of the system’s core functionality,such as maps dynamic loading,GPS coordinates patrol dynamic displaying in basic geographical maps,biodiversity data statistics,spatial analysis, thematic maps customize services and so on . Finally , based on system implementation and modules teste,described the overall deployment structure and optimization strategies。At the end of this paper,based on a comprehensive summary of the research content,proposes the further improve conceive to the system.
