Microorganisms is a general term for a large class of organisms in nature, they are usually single-celled or multicellular living together. Their activities closely associated with human life. Parasitic or symbiotic microbes beneficial or harmful effects to humans. Intestinal microflora play a very important role in the uptake of nutrients the body, the immune and drug metabolism. Similarly, a large number of diseases caused by microbial parasites. This study around the theme of the impact of microbial host. In the first part, we study the phenomenon of host parasite interaction in gene expression. The study was conducted by a class of parasitic diseases start from the gene expression levels of parasites on the host cell metabolic pathways. By Plasmodium falciparum and Cryptosporidium parvum infection of the host cell gene expression data, the study reveals the class of parasites in the host cell metabolic pathways. Enrichment analysis method, the present study found that the parasites are subject to significant influence of host metabolic pathways, wherein several passage parasites suffered direct effect of existing relevant literature reported. Changes in gene expression in the host metabolic pathways from a reflection of the uptake of the parasites on the host substrate metabolism. Changes in gene expression through the metabolic network and complementary host and parasite metabolic network topology, this study discusses the two types of top complex subphyla parasites characteristics of the host cell and gives a general speculation. On the other hand, the study collected microorganisms harmful factor gene sequence data, building a database of harmful factor. Next-generation sequencing technology, low-cost and high-throughput sequencing technology will be widely used to the field of microbiology. By the nucleic acid sequence data may become the study of microorganisms lowest cost and most widely used data types. Built in the study database and workflow designed for next-generation sequencing data can provide a microbial harmful factor for rapid detection platform, providing clues of harmful microorganisms at the genetic level. This study is particularly beneficial bacteria potentially hazardous to collect a series of and probiotic potential dangers associated gene sequences. The same time, the classification of hazardous try different harmful factors may be harmful to the evaluation method. Finally, the study by a group of clinical microbiology sample sequencing data, the database in the classification of harmful bacteria and harmful evaluation.
