Abstract

In our country , the most common medical waste treatment method is incineration . Incineration is a harmless waste reduction , resource processing technology , but it also brings some problems to solve environmental problems . Containing a strong carcinogenic , teratogenic , mutagenic , dioxin and heavy metals , such as fly ash generated by the incineration process , if emissions has not been handled properly , they are from the source of emissions through atmospheric transport to everywhere and pollute the water and enter the food chain , giving , and harm to the environment . Therefore, before discharge , the fly ash must be treated to reduce its toxicity. Starting from the definition of medical waste , medical waste disposal , incineration disposal of fly ash , fly ash hazards of heavy metals during incineration fly ash characteristics of migration of heavy metals and leaching characteristics detailed description and analysis , and also the use of water the thermal stability of heavy metals in the fly ash and the degradation of dioxins on incineration of medical waste , carried out a detailed experimental study . 1) combined in a tube furnace test rig electrical microscopy , energy dispersive X -ray diffraction , atomic absorption spectroscopy, analytical tools to study simulated medical waste pyrolysis and incineration fly ash particle morphology , chemical composition and heavy metal content . Also analyzed actual medical waste incineration fly ash heavy metal evaporation characteristics . 2 ) medical waste incineration fly ash heavy metals leaching characteristics . Leaching of heavy metals in the ability of the pH value of the leaching agent , the leaching agent types , liquid to solid ratio , leaching time four control factors such as varying degrees of impact . 3 ) under hydrothermal conditions medical waste incineration fly ash stabilization of heavy metals and dioxin degradation . Of heavy metals in the fly ash after the reaction due to the formation of a stable silicon aluminate leaving leaching toxicity reduced, while the degradation of dioxins significant effect .
