Mycotoxins , toxic pollution high frequency of detection of mycotoxins in food in recent years become the focus of research in the field of trace detection . Dimensional fluorescence spectra can also describe the fluorescence intensity with excitation and emission wavelength changes the relationship , fully embodies the fluorescence characteristics of the material , is a valuable spectral fingerprint technology . Therefore , the application of three-dimensional fluorescence spectrum mycotoxins detection is feasible . However, based on three-dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy data processing method rarely reported in the literature , used in the two-dimensional spectral smoothing preprocessing spectra normalized baseline drift removal , the choice of the characteristic spectral method does not apply to the three-dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy Therefore, this paper based on three-dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy data smoothing , the differential spectrum access and information area extraction method , and actually used liquor mycotoxins detection , specific following aspects : 1 . draw on the image smoothing method of processing , the polynomial fitting filtering , Fourier analysis of three-dimensional fluorescence spectral smoothing method to mean filtering , median filtering , in addition to the three-dimensional fluorescence spectrum of the high-frequency interference noise and white noise . The derivative spectra eliminate baseline drift , and strengthen the characteristics of the band , the first derivative of the three - dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy and second derivative spectra . Based polynomial fitting - first derivative spectra and second derivative spectra calculated for three-dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy . For three-dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy data dimension , the large amount of data can not be based on a priori knowledge and the naked eye to determine the position of the status quo of the information area , and three-dimensional fluorescence data to determine the method and cluster analysis based on convex domains region extraction method reduce data dimension , the exclusion of information unrelated area . 4 In this paper, the above method is applied to the experimental analysis of the sample group of mycotoxins B1 liquor results confirmed the validity of the results of this study .
