Abstract


Private equity investment is a new type of investment . The operation of private equity funds including the proposed investment enterprises evaluation, follow-up management of the investment , the last exit realizable . Evaluation of the target company is a private equity investment fund ( PE ) an important part of the operation , which determines the success or failure of the investment . Investors chasing high profits , the nature of private equity firms to invest in promising development in different industries , different industries have different evaluation index system . The pharmaceutical industry is non-cyclical industries with good investment value , various investment companies increasingly concerned about the investment object . From the perspective of private equity firms for pharmaceutical companies to invest in comprehensive survey of the investment object , the establishment of evaluation index system of the pharmaceutical industry , the use of appropriate assessment methods , to build a set of industry characteristics investment evaluation system . Firstly, the paper 's basic theory of the private equity investment described and compared , defined the scope of the concept of private equity investment and the introduction and industry investment analysis of the pharmaceutical industry . Secondly, the evaluation of pharmaceutical companies investigated factors analyzed in reference to the existing evaluation and the evaluation criteria for a number of private equity firms , combined with the characteristics of the pharmaceutical industry and thus the investigation of the pharmaceutical companies private equity index system . The index system covers pharmaceutical companies management factors , financial factors , market factors , technical factors , factors of production , inspection, and comprehensive discussion of the various factors . Then the fuzzy mathematical theory combined with the Delphi method , the establishment of a private equity investment decision-making fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model , the final evaluation model applied to Heilongjiang MDS proved to be invested enterprises must target company before investing thorough investigation, analysis .
