Abstract

The work of this thesis is divided into two parts : The first part is a the chiral heterocyclic carbene palladium complex reaction performance ; second part is on the basis of the way our team works to expand the organic phosphine compound in organic reactions in the range of applications . Including the following three chapters: the first examines Chiral N-Heterocyclic carbene palladium complex alpha - hydroxylation of p- keto ester derived from ( R ) - binAm . As a result , the kind of oxidizing agent and the volume of the reactants have a greater impact on the performance of the reaction . After optimization of the reaction conditions , it is possible to the target product with excellent yield and good ee worth . The second chapter introduces the addition reaction of the the imide compounds with benzene acetonitrile . After a preliminary investigation , the reaction has achieved good catalytic effect . This part of the work is ongoing. The third chapter introduces isatin derivatives selective reduction of electron-deficient olefins . Selective reduction of alkyl phosphine and water together to achieve carbon-carbon double bond under mild conditions , the product was obtained in good to excellent yield . Furthermore, deuterated through a series of experiments on the reaction mechanism of the study .
