Abstract


“Oguz-nam（a|¨）”is a heroic epic in prose spread among ancient Uyghur people. It was written in Huihu script （the ancient Uyghur language） during the 13th–14th century in Turpan prefecture in Xinjiang. Since the language of the cultural documentary is ancient and simple, in the early 19thcentury it has aroused the attention of scholars both at home and abroad, and they have made a lot of research results. However, the researches has been done nationwide mainly touched upon its historical, cultural, religious aspects, there is no findings on morphological aspect. The research systems in their rhetoric at home and abroad but also rare results have come so far yet to see the“Oguz-nam（a|¨）”rhetoric system research. There are many figures of speech in the epic, the rhetorical means to make the language more beautiful epic, vivid, concise. So epic conduct a study from the rhetoric of some academic value. In the multi-level Uighur culture and language and culture has a long history. Uyghur rhetoric also has a long history and tradition. So conduct a study from the rhetoric of some academic value.“Oguz-nam（a|¨）”Although the prose form, but also mixed in some places there are some verses, of which some eight-syllable form of poetry, some by the thirteen syllable verse form, besides,“Oguz-nam（a|¨）”in Many surface like a prose sentence, but we little analysis, you will find among them a strong sense of rhythm. In language, the language of this document to save some of the characteristics of the ancient Uighur, there are many forms of modern Uighur language is our language and literature studies carried out valuable information.The theory to be divided into four parts, the first part of the proposed topics of major significance, on the“Oguz-nam（a|¨）”to study the situation at home and abroad, and outlines the situation of Uighur rhetoric. The second part points out the epic Rhetoric appears.In the second chapter is the core of the article, mainly on the“Oguz-nam（a|¨）”The Rhetoric of a comprehensive system, such as: metaphor grid, grid analogy, comparison cell, exaggeration, call reports, etc. used in the Uyghur language Rhetoric, although much of the rhetoric emerging language of the epic but has some academic value.In addition, this chapter starting from the rhythm of the language of "oguz-nam（a|¨）"of the rhythm rhythm of a preliminary study arts.After the text there are two appendices: one is“Oguz-nam（a|¨）”translation of the original transcription and Chinese Versions, and second, the main references.
