The to advocate rational use of resources in the world today , the premise of saving resources , the electronics industry as an emerging high-tech industries need to put that responsibility on the industrial development objectives . Today , many applications in the field of digital circuit still requires higher performance , but in some special applications , such as speed and the ability to work less demanding requirements on energy consumption , in order to achieve a long life digital circuits have a relatively low energy consumption is the design of the power supply or digital circuits key . Minimum energy tracking (MEPT, Minimum Energy Point Tracking) could be traced to the power supply voltage such as SOC, CPU, DSP and digital circuit operates at the minimum energy consumption . First digital circuit and power supply , DC-DC converter behavioral modeling and energy model , after the use of the MATLAB simulation tools these models , and then let through appropriate design of the DC-DC converter parameter digital the circuit operates in a subthreshold voltage , so as to achieve the purpose of the lowest energy consumption . Final circuit level , the application of these models to establish a a reliable circuit structure and precise way of working . PSM modulation mode of the DC-DC converter having the energy model, using this energy model to calculate the energy consumption of each of the voltage in the DC-DC converter is supplied to the digital circuit to achieve the purpose to find the minimum energy point . Ultimately achieve the design the MEPT minimum energy performance tracking . The paper analyzes the process of modeling , given the more important of the sub- circuit : current limiter module I_LIM, digital to analog converter DAC and the current limit comparator analysis Finally, the analysis of the overall circuit simulation . Layout test results also covers the content of this paper . In this thesis, the design of the circuit using 0.13um CMOS process .
