Abstract

The spatial structure of its superior spatial characteristics of a good force performance and a wide variety of architectural forms, has long been well received by people of all ages. Especially large span space structure has become one of the important symbol of today's various national building science and technology development level. After nearly half a century of development, research and application of space grid structure has become one of the large span roof in the form of the most common structure, have been widely used at home and abroad. Since China's reform and opening up space structure has been greatly developed, especially in the development of flat-panel grid fastest and most widely used. 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, China's grid structure has been fully exploited. In early 2008, in a rare snow and sleet storms raid vast areas of southern China, the urban and rural transportation, electricity, communication and other hard-hit severely affected the lives of the people, huge economic losses. Through the survey found that the grid structure in snowstorm when experienced Bainianweiyu, often suffered varying degrees of damage, and seriously affect the structural safety of the use. World researchers depth study of the reasons for the destruction of the snowstorm in the grid structure, and improve structural resistance and reduce the roof load in two ways, the various measures taken to prevent the occurrence of disasters. In this paper, on the basis of previous research, ways to reduce roof loads, this paper proposes a new protection device to improve the safe use of the grid structure, prevent snowstorms grid structure damage. The device mainly studied in this paper is the application of shear behavior of bolts, causes the means to play a role by shear through the connecting bolts. Therefore, the study of the protection device ultimately boils down to a study of the shear strength of the connecting bolts. The reliability of the basic theory has been widely accepted and widely used in practical engineering. According to existing studies, the design shear bolt connection, usually without taking into account the influence of the friction between the preload and couplings, and shear strength follow a normal distribution. According to the Shenyang area for over 50 years on the snow load distribution of existing surveys, analysis of the distribution characteristics of the truss roof snow load and uniformly distributed load and Highland cross at the uneven load case, application of the reliability of the basic theory, the reference to the shear strength of the Q235 steel probability distribution of shear bolt diameter selected, thus completing the design of the protection device. In this paper, the grid structure snow load overload protection device in roof layout and design. Mainly through a survey of the basic characteristics of roof snow, protection devices arranged in the roof of the impact factors through protection device uninstall radius and the relationship of these factors, determine the to uninstall largest radius formula deduced . The proposed layout principles of the protection device on the roof, and take the squares and rectangles are two basic arrangement of the protection device is arranged. Finally, apply 3D3S steel structure - the space structural design software design a grid structure, and ABAQUS finite element software to analyze the stress distribution around the arrangement of protective devices compare grid roof in ultra-load effect.
