Abstract


As high speed development of China Automotive industry, and the increasingly fierce market competition, the automotive interior trim manufacturing industry has entered a low profit era, so the cost control is facing severe challenges. Moreover, during the project development, the raw material and labor cost increase frequently. It brings about exceeding target cost. So it is necessary to ensure expected profit by cost control methods.This topic comes from the work need of Company Y. This article ensure the components of project cost through reference case, for the present problems in the automobile interior parts. Then we define the major control element, secondary control element and general control element. Moreover, we resolve the problem of interior project cost control by analysis of different stage in the cost element occurrence. Finally, we use the cost control theory and methods, such as organizational measures, technical measures, economical measures and contract measures to resolve the problems.This topic is divided into five chapters. It mainly sets forth the research background, motivation, objective and architecture. It explains the automobile interior constitute by the analysis of cost control elements. Moreover, it breaks down the project course into different milestone stages, then defines the greater cost milestone as the major control objection based on the case data. At last, it uses the cost control theory and methods, such as organizational measures, technical measures, economical measures and contract measures to resolve the problems.
