Abstract

In order to provide a theoretical basis for high yield and quality in wheat breeding. This study using 4 wheat cultivars as material, using a continuous labeling tag listing it’s the main stalks, the first one tiller, the second one tiller, the third one tiller and the first two tiller, as well as research sowing on agronomic character, yield and quality of the main stalks and tillers in wheat. The results show that:(1) Plant height and spikelet fertility of agronomic character trends are basically the same of the main stalks and tillers in wheat. The maximum height of the main stalks, spikelet sterility at least, the tiller the higher, plant height the lower, spikelet sterility the more, length and seeding spikelet trends was not obvious, the performance of significance at the main stalks and tillers, length and seeding spikelet have no significant difference, indicating that plant height and spikelet fertility impact of infertility more than length and seeding spikelet of agronomic character of the main stalks and tillers in wheat. Agronomic character of the main stalks superior to tillers. Sowing the delayer, the less tillers of wheat.(2) Yield and yield characters of the main stalks and tillers trends are basically the same. The maximum grains per ear,1000-grain weight and yield of the main stalks, the tiller the higher, grains per ear, 1000-grain weight and yield the lower, the performance of significance indicating that 1000-grain weight and yield more than grains per ear of the main stalks and tillers in wheat. Grains per ear and 1000-grain weight of the main stalks more than tillers in different sowing dates. Albumin content and globulin content of the main stalks and tillers trends are basically the same.(3) Albumin content and globulin content the main stalks and the first two tiller of are higher. Gliadin content, glutein content and total protein content of the main stalks and tillers trends are basically the same, the first one tiller, the second one tiller, the third one tiller are highest, the second one tiller are higher, the main stalks is least. Glutein content and total protein content of tillers more than the main stalks, processing quality of tillers superior to the main stalks in different sowing dates. Starch pasting properties of the main stem relatively poor, the starch pasting properties of tillers followed by the third one tiller, the second one tiller, the first one tiller and the first two tiller. Tillers expressed as peak viscosity, hold viscosity, final viscosity and set back are higher than the main stem in different sowing dates, we should choose a multi-tillering-panicle varieties, cultivation and management, or adopt the necessary measures to ensure that low-tiller into the ear, not only high-yield and high quality.(4) Correlation analysis and stepwise regression of agronomic traits and yield of the main stem and tillers in wheat results show reduce to sterile pike is very important to increase yield. Correlation analysis and stepwise regression of yield character and yield of the main stem and tillers in wheat results show that increasing the number of grains per spike is is very important to increase yield. Correlation analysis and stepwise regression of processing quality character and yield of the main stem and tillers in wheat results show that evaluation value negative effect on yield and the great impact achieved in realizing the processing quality and yield improve a certain difficulty, therefore require further study.(5) Correlation analysis and stepwise regression of processing protein component and protein of the main stem and tillers in wheat results show that increasing albimin content, gliadin content and glutein content are conducive to raising the total protein content. Correlation analysis and stepwise regression of processing quality character and evaluation value of the main stem and tillers in wheat results show that increasing sedimentation and stability are conducive to raising processing quality. Correlation analysis and stepwise regression of protein and its component and evaluation value of the main stem and tillers in wheat results show that increasing glutein content and total protein content are conducive to raising processing quality. Correlation analysis and stepwise regression of starch properties and evaluation value of the main stem and tillers in wheat results show that increasing final viscosity are conducive to raising noodle quality.
