Abstract


Today, drug abuse to society brought great instability , and to the medical community also brings a great challenge , herbal treatment for its unique advantages in addressing drug addiction is playing an increasingly important role . At present, the Chinese economy as a Thai film made ??by the fifteen taste pure Chinese herbal medicines new drug in clinical practice for opiate addicts have a significant role in preventing relapse , and in its acute detoxification significantly after protracted withdrawal symptoms effect. However, the current economic Thai film to play the Chinese medicine treatment efficacy of the active ingredient is not entirely clear . Therefore, this study we focused on economic Thailand tablets medicine subdivision of white cardamom and cinnamon conducted a series of studies . Comprehensive literature , respectively, of junior minister who --- white cardamom and cinnamon medicinal --- who conducted a quality standard inspection ; established by orthogonal test these two herbs optimum extraction ; using high-speed countercurrent chromatography (HSCCC) Isolation on white cardamom in flavonols obtained up to 99.09% purity 5 - hydroxy -3,7,4 ' - trimethoxy flavone compounds ; separated by column chromatography herbs cinnamon essential oil ingredients, got cinnamon aldehyde and cinnamic acid 2 compounds , purity of 98.0% , 96.87% ; same time, using high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for the determination of these three compounds content approach and methodology were examined for the subsequent right JITAI activity sheet provides a reference .
