Abstract


After the fall of Constantinople, the Ottoman Empire , as a capital of the empire , renamed Istanbul. In order to rebuild after the war decline of the city, in other parts of the Ottoman Empire from the large number of migrants to Istanbul , formerly the territory of the Byzantine Empire was a large number of Jews migrated to Istanbul . Mid-15th century , a number of阿什肯纳兹Jews also came to Istanbul to make a living . In 1492 the Spanish Jews were expelled, a large number of Sephardic refugees came to Istanbul . Ottoman Empire to the Jews to adopt a more tolerant attitude , Istanbul almost all areas of economic activity are open for the Jews , the Jews in the empire of trade, handicrafts, commerce and other fields play an important role . Jewish communities established in Istanbul , have their own religion and the law, enjoys a high degree of autonomy . Jewish Culture in Istanbul also received unprecedented prosperity . The author in the extensive collection , sorting on the basis of historical materials , trying to sort out the Istanbul Jewish community - the internal structure , organizational models , economic, social, developmental and other conditions, to restore 15-17 century Istanbul Jewish community 's historical appearance . This paper is divided into six parts, the first part describes the Istanbul Jewish community 's fundamentals. The second part describes the Jewish community 's organizational model , the third part describes the Jewish community of marriage and family . The fourth section describes the Jewish community 's economic activity. Part V describes the Jewish community 's culture. Part VI describes the Jews and the Turks and cultural exchanges .
