Abstract


With the economy reform develops, the labourers are be layered and the professional managers are be on the payroll. As time goes on, senior managements are different from ordinary labourers . When the labor law began to take effect, the concept of labourers is an unitary concept. However, now, the concept of labourers is diversification. The senior managements are turn into particular labourers, and many scholars research this topic. Nonetheless, plenty of scholars are spend time on the status of senior managements、the influence on company and the power of operation. Rarely, they focus on the senior managements’labor relation. Consequently, this article intend to research right of labor in a new forms of thoughts. Through analysis by synthesis and comparative analysis, the common labor dispute of executives will be discussed in this article, including the payment of executives, the relationship between labor union and senior managements, and,existing problem when they leave office. The ulterior object is to find terms of settlement. The spirit of ideas is to establish a legal regulation system to coordinate the interests of executives and ordinary workers.
